Jakmile byl program st\u00e1tn\u00edch hypot\u00e9k 15. srpna 2018 spu\u0161t\u011bn, byl nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1jem pr\u00e1v\u011b o pen\u00edze na rekonstrukci domu \u010di bytu. St\u00e1tn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka nab\u00edz\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed \u0159adu v\u00fdhod oproti bank\u00e1m. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v dob\u011b dlouhodob\u00e9 nemoci si m\u016f\u017eete prodlou\u017eit d\u00e9lku splatnosti a\u017e o n\u011bkolik let nebo a\u017e dva roky nemus\u00edte hypot\u00e9ku v\u016fbec spl\u00e1cet. Tak\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eete ode\u010d\u00edst \u010d\u00e1stku t\u0159icet tis\u00edc korun z hypot\u00e9ky za ka\u017ed\u00e9 narozen\u00e9 \u010di osvojen\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b.
